  • UNDER THE INFLUENCE: A city cop dismisses a judge's husband's DUI charge days after a pair of Marlboro County judges question cops over the traffic stop and arrest. The chief asked SLED to open a misconduct investigation.
SLED did, but decided nothing happened after interviewing only one of the 10 people involved in this case. SLED Chief Mark Keel called his agents' work a "thorough investigation."

10:33 this officer is lying and making up bs reasons that the city cops had no jurisdiction to take over the arrest.
I think the arresting officer is lying about making mistakes. This is the thin blue line protecting each other.
If they weren't covering for each other, qualified immunity would not apply.
Qualified immunity doesn't apply to any cases of police violating people's Rights.
It only protect them under certain circumstances. Plus, qualified immunity is not a blanket immunity and does not automatically apply. It is up to a judge to decide if an officer/s is entitled to qualified immunity protection.

So because this judge got caught doing the EXACT same thing WHITE judges and politicians have been doing and are still doing for their families, (Biden, Trump), you racists can forget so quickly when someone black gets caught up. Wasn't it corrupt white JUDGES that enabled Alex Murdaugh? Certain People who claim there IS NOT privilege. LOL!
