The analysis made it somewhat clear to me that the rx6650xt is available for 210 dollars, the others go over 300, some even 400 and the difference in fps is not so much as to pay 100 dollars more. So my clear winner is the RX 6650 XT
thanks for showing 6700, i feel nobody ever test that card! got it in my second build ryzen 5600. 32 GB DDR 3600 + XFX 6700 10 GB. great for full hd with high fps on budget build with low power consumption
That card is in the PS5, and to be fair, the 7600XT should be compared directly with 6600XT it replaces, it is tier 6 and previous gen 7's still beating it, like it should! (2 gens after not so much) Great to be at the point where 1080p is HANDLED well and not at budget busting costs for the hardware vs. go back in time if you have doubts.
I waiting this test's, my choice definitly RX6650 XT. Very strengh card RX7600 XT. My system hardware now it's Ryzen 7-5700X3D and 48 GB RAM DDR4 (now a have GTX 970 4GB). Very thanks for your work.
I'd love to see a comparison between the RX 6800 and the RX 7700 XT. In my country, they have similar prices, which makes them more affordable than the 4070 and the 7800XT.
Been done, nutshell version, RX6800 is on average 2% faster than 7700XT and 4 more VRAM for the RX6800, BUT if you need that codec or upgraded ports, then go 7th gen, 1080p though, great for both cards, good 1440p, outliers as always, especially as poorly optimized AAA releases come and go, as long as rest of system can keep up. GPU wise 6700XT and better for good+1440p. GPU wise 7900XT and better for good+ 4K. CPU wise i5-8500 and better. (min for hassle free Windows 11, but it is 6 core, 6 threads total, YMWV) If 1080p, you have absurd # of choices, go with efficiency.... the less heat pushing through the motherboard, THE BETTER for longevity.
For forbidden west, for the rx 7600 non xt does that mean i can leave everything else at very high while maybe textures at medium to achieve same fps as the xt version?
You can notice the significant vram consumption, the 8gb is almost not enough for high or ultra settings on newer games, the 16gb vram on rx 7600 xt is almost maxed out, but mostly doesn't go above 10gb, I assume there's will be much better graphical details on 16gb vram card than an 8gb card in the near future As games become more graphically intensive.
Basically the 7600xt is only worth it if youre going to be playing games that need more than 8gb of vram and while there are some unoptimized as hell games that need upwards of 8, there's few of them. Amd should've just made the 7700xt have the 16gb and the 7600xt have the 12gb.
RX 7600 and XT definitely deserves the last place with that awful Power Draw, Temperature and mostly importantly price, and the 6650 XT with those chill temps and low Power Draw it got plenty of headroom for an OC to match a RX 6700 performance.
@@EXMachina. it depends on the make and price but not only the 7600xt is usually best due to supply problems in most countries, you're also wong about the power draw because 60 series cards report tgp instead of tdp, in reality almost all of them are pretty close in terms of power draw and depending on 2 or 3 fan card the temperatures will be very similar too but vram, performance and futureproofness vise 7600xt is probably the best
Hey jegs, found your channel recently and your videos are exactly what i was searching for a few days now. Im on 7600 and 6750xt. I currently play in 1440p but am thinking of upgrading my gpu to either 4070ti super or 7900gre. I want to still play in 1440p but want to have the option to upgrade to 4k monitor in future without gpu upgrade. Which one should I go to
You didn't say what CPU, do yourself a favor and search on GPU CPU bottleneck calculator and use the PC Builds one in results. Those 2 cards are both amazeballs for 1440p, but 4K mediocre+, 4K brings in whole new issues of heat, I determined pass sticking to 1440p. 4070 Ti Super > GRE I have a 4070 Super, that one is about even with the GRE, less VRAM though.
@@brainfodder3233 I'm on Ryzen 5, 7600(mentioned it along with the GPU) and there is no bottleneck as far as the videos and benchmarks I've seen. My concern is with upscaling. As newer games are coming out it looks like it will be heavily dependent on upscaling for playable framerate. So I'm torn between what to buy. GPU which can perform great if straight rasterization or pay extra for a GPU with better upscaling and ray tracing technology
Both are great 1440p cards and are capable of playing in 4k. It boils down to whether you play with ray tracing or native raster. If you play with rt go with 4070ti super if native raster go with 7900gre

Bruhh i have the same spec😂
I haven't found a single RX 6700, Ive been trying to find one cuz my RX 6600 died 💔
god I just want a RX 6700 but damn its hard to get now a days
CS2 performance has increased over previous tests for 7600XT. Looks like a good thing to compare vs release day driver.

how much fps do you get in cs2 on very low preset?
For 220€ 6650xt is the best
I got the 6650 xt, for 5 to 10 fps more it doesn't worth the extra money for the others
The 6650xt is the best in terms of performance per dollar.
RX 6650 xt, 44 °C 😱😱😱
Hello from Moscow and thank U very much/
It is interesting for me, "cause I have Sapphire RX 6700 PULSE 10 GB and GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6800 16 GB 😉
Feels like 6700 would be the best pick…correct me if I’m wrong or missing something please
yes especially if the price between it and 7600 is close enough, better get the RX 6700 for the extra vram
