5:58 = Best DJ that trance music has ever known, playing one of those tunes that would instantly give you goosebumps and send shivers down your spine while you were dancing, and you would do anything to get to the DJ booth and hopefully get the tune's title, and then pray to God that you would find the vinyl or cd somewhere and buy it... knowing well that you might not find it at all even if it wasn't a white label / non released, etc... Tiesto really knew how to take you on a journey, with magical tunes like these ... and the light technicians knew what they were doing back then too, now days they never know which moments need the awesome lasers, look at any Armin show, the stupid light technicians never do a good laser show at the right moments... and can we all tell the event organizers that we all hate the constant "put your effing hands up!" screams so that they stop doing it? ... Good trance music does not need to remind people to put their hands up, they just do, because they feel the music! ... it's trance, not stupid edm crap!

yeah..good news is I think it's at its peak, it can only get better from here, I noticed it progressively getting worse, 2011 it seemed to start, in 2012 it became hard to find good electronic music buried under mainstream garbage, and 13 and 14 it's all completely destroyed by over-exaggerated buildups and drops, and shitty chainsaw sounding synths

+Hugo Hakvoort only its the quantity and quality of the underground stuff these days is only a fraction of what it used to be 15-20 years ago. Technology has made us lazy either in the mainstream or in the underground

Je kan ook horen: die strings zijn heel droevig. Heb je hier een piano-breakje en dan hoor je mijn tranen, zeg maar. Die piano wordt steeds overstuurder namelijk. Het is een beetje een club piano, toch. Ik had toen nog niet zo veel apparatuur toen hee. Dus een beetje aanpassen erop. Mensen konden toen nog open spreken over hun verdriet. Die openheid en dat respect voor elkaar zou terug moeten komen. Dat is het echte leven.
