    I made this yesterday exactly as you described and sliced and placed in my fridge for easy protein for lunch, etc. I noticed my hubby had some for lunch, and I asked what he thought and he said “I loved it - make it weekly”. I just found your channel and now can’t wait to try more of your recipes- plus you have such a fun personality!

    First, I would like to apologize for my comment/review from 6 months ago. I stumbled upon this recipe again and unwillingly, gave it another try. Made one breast using the wet brine method, one just sprinkling a little kosher salt on top. Olive oiled and seasoned as described exactly, pulled both breasts at 155°, let them rest and had my socks blown off! I prefer the wet brine method. I have so many amazing recipes for my Ninja Foodi but chicken breasts have eluded me…until now. Amazing! I am at a loss for words how grateful I am for your “one simple trick”
    Thank you! ❤

    Looks great, functions great, and highly recommended.The buttons are touch (not pressure activated "touch"), which was a nice detail th-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB Perfect size for normal every day meals, and it cooks food very thoroughly. On preset settings upon first use, it cooked my chicken breasts to a crisp. Boarder line too dry, so next time I'll either decrease temperature or time. Not a bad thing, just a minor adjustment for next time. No oil was used, so food was clean to the touch. Excited to see how other meals will turn out.Will recommend to friends and family in the future!

    Very nice, one option that can be added is leave the brests soaked in milk overnight and then proceed with the recipe.
    Milk makes the chivery tender.

    Tried this last night, it was excellent. I may have put a bit too much Kosher salt on, so it was slightly salty, but VERY juicy! Would this also work to include bread crumbs in the spice mix to make breaded chicken?

    Hey great video! Can you stack chicken on these air fryers? I’d like to meal prep for two people for maybe seven days(I vacuum seal), and that’d need a lot of chicken. Will it cook it evenly?

    • @nicenice3742
      @nicenice3742 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hello! I’m not the channel but I’d like to add my answer: it depends on the air fryer, but for most (from what I’ve seen) only a single layer will evenly bake. I could be wrong, but so far everyone has advised only one layer

    • @pamm2230
      @pamm2230 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi not the channel, you could probably stack using a wire rack. There has to be room above and below the food so it can cook evenly for best results.
