Hi Allah, same method that i have performed in my tutorial video about CUTTING 60° THREADS BY THE USED OF LATHE MACHINE. the only difference is the number of teeth of the worm gear to be set for the chasing dial that will engage to the lead screw. in the wasino and takisawa brands of lathe, the number of teeth of worm gear is 21 while in some other brands like mazak is 14 teeth. and of course you must also look on the letter (inline with 1.75 located in the plate of chasing dial) in which the chasing dial must be engaged for every cut/pass of the tool in the workpiece. Sir mazak mate din po yung torno ko kakabili ko lang at wala po siya kasamang pamalit na gear. 76t spindle gear 88t N1 intermediate gear 60N2 intermediate gear 104 lead screw gear. Yung mga naka kabit po na gear is wala sa gear chart. Makaka kumpleto din po ba ako nang threading pag yan lang ang gear?salamat po
Bakit kasi hindi ka sakin bumili? hehe, nasa loob ng takip ang gear chart nakahiwalay sa thread chart hindi katulad ng ibang brand na magkasama sa isang plate.

Hi Ramil! ang lever na yon ay para sa automatic feed at threading. kung alam mo na ang main parts ng lathe machine ay isa yon sa minor parts ng quick change gear box. Salamat sa patuloy mong pagsubaybay sa aking tutorial videos. God bless!

Sir matibay po ba ganyan mini lathe machine po. Ano maximum diamiter pwede isalang sa mini lathe na ganyan po.
Hi Gery, tama lang ang tibay para sa kanyang laki, depende din minsan sa mga gagawin mo pyesa, ang pwede isalang ay 6 3/8 x 12 inches.
