Note: This is played at 100% speed (30fps) unlike the other speedruns on youtube I've seen (those slideshow chinese videos are at ~120% for example)

The AI can be very unpredictable. I did the same he did with the sniper, but before using the lethal injection I SHOT TWO GUYS IN THE FACE with the rifle and the soldiers did nothing. I was even standing in shooting position yet they only stared me 'till the spy killed them all. It's realistic, but this tricks saves you a lot of time.
Well, I've done exactly what you said (surely not as fast as you, but made sure the alarm was off, there wasn't a dead body in sight and the sniper didn't pop up directly in front of anyone and he still got shot after 10 seconds. Perhaps this is a different version of the game? Anyway, great game :)

I'm really grateful for your speedruns, level 12 was really a revelation how you do the first part (with the sniper to draw attention) then i do it my way (use the sniper to draw attention of the group in the right, kill'em with spy and the ones in the river side terrace, and then use prisoner to draw attention will distracting the patrol down to kill them with sniper and injected all the rest enemys :) )
i'm not that good to try what you do :)

He was given like 7-8 rounds this mission but I didn't need more than 2.

Is this actually possible? As long as you stay still, the guards will just aim at you and do nothing more?
10+ soldiers just aim at a commando for so long , no one goes for the arrest or alert the general. 😂
Hey i try doing this but the guards dont just look forever at the sniper, after 10 or so seconds they start shooting, i declare shenanigans on you.

I find that playing like this is like cheating yourself. Its very easy passing this map playing like this. I play all the maps killing by knife almost 95% of villains. I prefer using 2 hours to solve a map rather than doing like this, the magic of the game ends playing like this. That´s of course my opinion.
