New subscriber here, Watching Cody wibble wobble up the trail reminds me of me, but you are completely right, even though we struggle a little bit we would still rather be out there than stuck in looking at four walls, keep it up.👍👍

Awe, stay safe out there. He definitely still loves going even if he wobbles. Thanks for the sub :-)

It was lovely; I definitely need to do more of these single-overnighters

stunning! I hope you got the chance to rest your ankle properly, that was some rough terrain.

I've been referred for physio but think it will have to be a surgical fix

great scenery and camerawork. was it really that deserted in summer or did you not show the crowds? also - bit pedantic but those are streams, not creeks. also also - re helicoptering rocks in to repair the paths, heres a wee video of a similar project in the mourne mountains in northern ireland - definitely worth the visit sometime if youve done all the lake district. th-cam.com/video/SgWsokdJBD8/w-d-xo.html

Thank you :-) It was in May, mid week, term-time so not particularly crowded. I know in the UK they are streams, but they've been creeks to me most of my life and my vernacular has stayed the same even with being in the UK a couple of years now. It's still a stove, a vacuum cleaner, a soda in my words...lol
