Xtrapolis launched today.... kind of

The Government made good on it's promise to deliver the Xtrapolis train to the Melbourne network by the end of 2009. But all is not as it would seem. After one outing it is back in the workshop with months of further testing and modifications before it will finally be ready. As reported on Channel 7 6pm evening news 30 December 2009

I would think that all the projects of Victoria’s Big Build could’ve been completed 7 years ago.
