People cheat because they feel entitled to do so and probably have low self esteem and has a little bit of narcissism. As someone who was betrayed, a lot of those things were present in our marriage, I felt them too. But only one of us cheated.....that is why i dont think that those things are the cause or the a sense of those things means your spouse will not cheat. Through all of this, two things that I learned about my spouse my spouse was that he has low self esteem and felt entitled, those two things regardless of if these other things are present or not will almost always be at the heart of why someone cheats.
There’s no absolute relationship. If we want absolute then don’t choose human being. Relationship with humans needs a lot of attention. Better to be alone and have loving relationship with God.☺️

I regret what I did too my ex wife but when you have been taken for granted and disrespected for 10+ years and than the enemy throws a beautiful woman in your face pursuing you you cave. Believe me we went to marriage counseling 3 different times... no excuses I take it on the chin and just ask that God can forgive me.
The problem with this logic again, is that not all people that have these “symptoms” cheat, and there are some marriages where both spouses say they had a great marriage and one person still decides to cheat. The cheating is not a symptom of a bad marriage. It is a choice made in response to the symptoms of shame and bad character. It takes two to have a bad marriage, but only one to cheat. The infidelity must be the first and utmost priority before the marriage is dealt with.
People cheat because they WANT to. Everyone feels lonely, depressed, bored, bla bla, bla. People cheat because they want attention and want to "feel" wanted and they don't care if it hurts their spouse or children. Believe me I'd LOVE to feel wanted or have attention but I KNOW cheating is only going to hurt people and I would rather die lonely than hurt people. If it is to the point of cheating choose divorce never choose betrayal. It is not my fault my husband cheated it was HIS decision alone. If his character is so influenced by his need to "feel wanted" .... not my responsibility to "keep" him from cheating.....because no matter what someone does a cheater will cheat anyway. Never ever anyone's fault but the person who made the choice to cheat.
It does not matter why they cheated! If they did they have to be gone!!! Please do not hang on to a person that treats you like shit! You know deep inside you will never be able to trust them again!!

Being hungry and tired are usually managed easily, so comfortable and confident we don’t pay attention to HALT B (HALT Bs emotional conditions are reported so frequently that statistically HALT B is considered required for infidelity) The problems start with combinations of other issues that act as force multipliers to stress which can cause infidelity or drug use or over spending etc. For me it was the regular realization over and over that my wife made so many choices without me being involved at all. And I felt it required to check wth her about choices as a team. Her response was that when i did as much as her then we can choose together. (She felt entitled) and other times the issue came up from her end as me having low confidence that i can’t even decide …….
This is terrible advice that plays on the fears of people who want to believe they can make a cheater love them and be faithful if they just work a little harder to make the cheater feel good. If you’re with a remorseless cheater who is blaming you for not making the marriage “fun enough” stop the “pick me dancing” and call a lawyer. Because if they were so unhappy then why would they cheat and cover it up to “send you a message” they don’t want you to know about. 🙄
The reason people have outside relationships ( I hate the words "cheat","have affairs", etc) is because of the monotony of monogamy. Monogamy is unnatural, unnecessary and a construct created by men to control women, which ultimately prevents both men and women from living in a more natural way.
