    would be very cool if you do some kind of "campaigns for 1$ a day" series. I think it would hook a lot of people, and gives a good starting point

    is this is the same thing as view for existing posts ? bc that didnt work for me. the existing post ran as a seperate video ad, face support didnt even know what to do when i contacted them

      The way I did it here is slightly different, though you could do the existing post thing here if you wanted to.

    I have always seen you use relatively simple ad creatives compared to something like a mini music video or a talking to viewer kind of video. I'm very curious if there is a reason for that and if you ever have experimented with those? Thanks and thanks for the amaze content

      Thanks for the question. The music video-style ad works great. I love that ad type. I've simply found these simple ad types to be more effective for me. Plus, I just haven't really felt like testing a bunch of performance ads lately.
      In my mind, if the cover art is engaging enough to grab attention for the first 1-2 seconds, then the song does the rest of the work. It also helps conversion in my experience because the person sees the same image at all three steps-ad, landing page, DSP.
      And I'm not big on the "talking to the camera thing" for music ads. I just don't think it positions the product well (the product being the song). Everything should point to the song, whether a performance video or cover art or animation or otherwise.

      So I understand that the cover art format works better for you, and I want to try it for my music for sure.
      While you get excellent conversion rates using the art work focused ad formats, what are your thoughts / experience with the LTV of your listeners? Do you think there's a difference in the say, # of Spotify followers and may be Instagram followers gained when running the art work style campaign vs. something that has a more human element to it, like the mini music video style ad?

    quick question around the creation of custom audience w/ engaged users 12min mark. how are you able to create that audience whilst excluding followers? everytime i try to do that it doesn't allow it to save and comes off as error. so essentially only targeting "warm""engaged" THAT have not still followed "converted" . hope that made sense and would appreciate any work around for this problem

    The potential problem I have with this is that Ive red countless times by now how once ads are being used organic reach pretty much dies. Which makes sense to me - why would meta give you free reach if they know you are willing to pay for it? (ofc that is not something they would ever openly admit).
    Do you have any experience with this yourself?

      I don't have personal experience with this. I've only ever seen this shared in comments on TH-cam, so I can't speak one way or the other on it. Based on my experience, organic reach on Instagram is simply hard to come by regardless of who you are, what you do, or how may followers you have these days.
      My guess is it's for two reasons. 1) the bar for content quality has gotten a lot higher, and 2) there are more people creating vs consuming than there were a few years ago, which makes the balance skew a bit, so content doesn't get shown as much. This is just a guess though, not a data-driven analysis.

    The CALL TO ACTION button in my Ad Set is stuck on Send Message and does not switch to Learn More no matter what I do. Any suggestions are welcome.
