Beautiful work! Your grandmother will love your gift knowing how much love you put into it. Your cross stitch projects are gorgeous and you got some really nice things to look forward to. Would love to see your progress on Queen’s Anne, I know it’ll be amazing! Happy December stitching! ☺️❄️
So many fun projects! You were a very busy crafter! Queen Ann's Lace will be gorgeous! I can't believe how good those deer are looking without backstitch!
Thank you for watching, my friend! Every time I look at my deers, I am ever MORE impressed by just how good dimensions is at charting their shading!!!! 💗
How cool! The new cast-on technique is the method my grandmother used to do. My grandmother was born in 1907, and could knit, crochet, quilt, sew, embroider, and did the prettiest beads and sequins Christmas ornaments (kits from Lee Wards). You do beautiful work! I admire your inquisitive nature to learn and teach yourself different crafts. I know what you mean by keeping your hands busy when in a meeting -- that you focus better. I take notes in meetings, even when I don't have to, for that same reason you'll be knitting ;) You have a great assortment of haul!
I very much enjoyed your "no budget no guild no limit haul" episode, and you enabled me to get "Winter Queen" which I had been considering for a while. Along with 12 WIPs, I am currently working on "Gypsy Queen" and have "Red" and "Roses of Provence" in queue for the next six or seven years. God-willing! Take care.
