Teens arrested after 'inhumane' assault on adults

- Three teenagers could face felony aggravated assault charges after they allegedly attacked three adults in Milwaukee Wednesday afternoon.
The attack happened at about 4 p.m. on the 700 block of S. 1st St., according to a news release from the Milwaukee Police Department.
According to police, a group of juveniles attacked the three victims, who are 63, 62, and 53 years of age. The 63-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Both the 62-year-old and 53-year-old were treated at the scene.

If kids are not charged as adults for assault, elder abuse, and hate crimes, the prosecution should be charged with discrimination, bias and neglect of duties.

it was a horrible crime and the victims deserve justice. The attackers were still only 14/15 years old. I'm willing to bet they were raised in violent and abusive households, otherwise they wouldn't be so violent themselves.

More from that culture again. This is at a trade school, where the curriculum isn't so focused on pure academic pursuits, but more on "practical, real-world" skills, so there's less of the "boring school stuff" they don't like. It isn't easy to conscionably make getting a high school level degree more achievable. Yet even when we are practically handing them the keys to a better life and livelihood, here they are causing suffering and destruction. When you simply move students to the next grade when they are not ready-so you can avoid being called a racist-we end up with students who are woefully unprepared even for a high school level trade school.
I am black age 68. The father of three now middle aged adults. My wife and I are very proud of each one of them. Two of the three have earned college degrees and have traveled the world. None have been in any serious trouble with the law. I don't agree with all of your points, but I do agree with your statement about giving a passing grade to more a student who isn't ready to the next grade. I was one of those students. Still I never got involved in any form of juvenile crimes or negative behaviors. The service expose my unprepareness and forced me to reevaluate my life. I taught our kids to set a goal to be better than their parents. They have done that.

I cite the culture. I have seen it prevalent among poor and even middle class black communities, yes, but it exists elsewhere too. Its nonselectiveness shows that skin color does not dictate the rest of one's life, for better or worse. The same can be said about you and your children, as by your account you all exemplify that your skin did not determine your fates. The young ones in this video could do well to recognize that. I hope the three victims are recovering well. Parents should be held accountable for their children's actions to a certain extent, as they play a significant role in shaping their behavior. Regardless of anyone’s opinions, it is wrong for a 14-year-old to engage in violence behavior unless it was self-defense that left them with no other choice. The justice system are also so corrupted that all these wild animals are roaming the streets and committing crimes, over and over again without being prosecuted.
