I heard the first 4 words of the first performance she did and immediately knew it was her. I've been listening to Glee for 9 years non-stop. I'd recognize that voice anywhere on earth
At first I wasn't sure, but after the performance you mentioned glee and I was like wait, a hot second.. and all her performances from the show came right back to me and I was like YES!!!! that is so her.. she aint even trying to hide her voice
I saw the comments before I heard the voice and thought that, although I think she's one of the best on the planet, her tone wouldn't work for this song. It didn't really with her Glee recording for me, although impressive and moving considering... She proved me wrong with this one, she's just too good. And she probably chose the song because she knows her voice very well and knew she could carry this. Pls somebody tell me if there are any other notables this season, Amber has to win right?

sadly these use waaaay to much pitch control software .. even with singers that need it. It makes it sound mechanical. You might not hear it but i am a musician and i hear it directly.
