Theory: Some pupils might stand for their emotion when getting infected. Red meant they were angry, blue meant they were sad, green would probably be happy. I don’t really know about green being happy, but maybe they got infected without knowing. Like for example Clowny might have gotten infected during like a performance. I really don’t know. This is just a theory.

Here is an update the reason Zizzy might have red eyes is because red also symbolizes Positive: Passion, Love (Oooh ;)) Warmth, Energy, Excitement, Strength, Simulation, Physical, Courage, Negative: Increased respiration Anger Death Danger Blood. That is what red symbolizes I think she is in the "Positive" section.

my theory
RED - Red can be ones that has been angry before they got the potion because maybe penny (peppa pig) got angry because mr p gave her family a potion that made them scared confused and mad and then she became hostile too. Which leads to a conclusion that Penny was the last of the peppa family to be infected.
VIOLET - Can mean that they were confused and they went looking for their loved ones who are lost before they became hostile. For example, Grandmother was confused and search places but her family wasn't there so she just settled on going to the place where she stays, in the city where she got infected.
My theory on the skins that have WHITE and RED pupils is that they were experimented before they got infected or/and they were good persons but got angry before they got infected.

Theory: with the angle piggy and devil piggy could be different personalities of penny/piggy
Angle: penny and Georgie hung out alot and she spent alot of time with her friends and family.
Devil: when Georgie went missing that was all she cared about she stopped hanging out with friends/starts to treat them with disrespect and the same with her family then she gives the potion to her parents and herself starting the infection
