I do think that the two colored pupils could mean something happened in their life like a family member died or something.
Theory: Some pupils might stand for their emotion when getting infected. Red meant they were angry, blue meant they were sad, green would probably be happy. I don’t really know about green being happy, but maybe they got infected without knowing. Like for example Clowny might have gotten infected during like a performance. I really don’t know. This is just a theory.

They got attacked, instead of being infected with a potion (grandmother, no-one said she drank a potion, Mimi, canon, Mall, maybe she got infected by Poley, because of his skin in that gold place thingy, Mousy got attacked by robby, and then she couldn’t run from another Infected Piggy, that could’ve been Mimi).
Robby isn’t infected he is a robot and as you know mr p made himself robot ish to protect himself, Robby doesn’t count at all as he was created to protect the mall. Not putting down your theory it’s just Robby part is wrong 🍜

I’m here in 2021 watching this and when kreek said about the red and white eyes that there apart of tsp and the game now there actually in tsp CRAZY great prediction kreek!
I have a logical theory. The whole game, the whole storyline, is just A DREAM. think about it. WE are the only humans left on Earth? That's insane! There has to be another human, right? Then the T.S.P. notes are just your favorite memories that you like to remember all the time, like the note saying "Don't Trust The Si..." is saying "Don't trust the Sith" which is a memory of one of the Star Wars movies. Then each character is an important person in your life, like when Bunny "died", that is a memory of when your most favorite loved one passed away. Then all of the infected Piggys, are every regret you've made in your life coming back to haunt you again. And the most important thing to note is that the Piggy storyline is 4 weeks long, as we know so far. So I think that we, the player, the only human left on Earth in this game, are in a coma in real life with all of our loved ones worried. And all of the maps are all of our favorite places or places that we want to go to, like The Outpost is a military base, we want to be a soldier, or the Plant, that is our favorite uncle's workplace. This is a very deep theory I made. KreekCraft please notice this theory.

Not to mention that Mr. P. is the literal ONLY vegetable/herb/fruit that is alive. But I still agree that a dream theory is the worst kind of theory, but this one has so much evidence to back it up.

MOST of them have weapons with metal on them, excluding piggy and sheepy.
Again excluding piggy and sheepy, they all have legs.

Theory: Purple pupil are probably smart or curious kind of coz we know mimi is smart, and mousy is also smart since she took Robby’s legs (I’m referring to mousy’s skin) But it might also be disables since Mousy doesn’t have legs, Mimi has bad eyesight and granny….idk.

Here is an update the reason Zizzy might have red eyes is because red also symbolizes Positive: Passion, Love (Oooh ;)) Warmth, Energy, Excitement, Strength, Simulation, Physical, Courage,
Negative: Increased respiration Anger Death Danger Blood. That is what red symbolizes I think she is in the "Positive" section.
Blue = trapped
Poley was *trapped* in the bank

I’ve managed to colour coordinate each of the eyes for each personality: White: They are a part of TSP (yes I’m saying pony is tsp)
Red: They have suffered through a terrible loss
Yellow: They are serving their community
Red and white: They suffered through a loss and are a part of tsp
Green: They have come into contact with the main ingredient of substance 128
Orange: They have committed a terrible crime which has made them suffer through a terrible loss
Blue: They were sad before they turned into the infected
But if white means that they're in TSP, why does Angel have white eyes?

I think red is kind of, like, a rescue able type of infection, because if you look at the trailer for book 2, it shows penny pig, the shadow demon. . . thing. but then, she laughs. If you are fully infected you can't laugh or talk. For zizzy, she did attack bunny, I believe, maybe someone else, as an infected, but regained consciousness in chapter 10. We do not really know how LONG sheepy has been infected, so this might not really work for sheepy, but then we have daisy, in which I do not know their story, then we have beary. I do not really know when he was infected and how, so I can't prove it on beary's side.

My theories about the eyes
Orange: Of course, they're evil. (Elly might be greedy) Often seen in packs.
White: Kind, and help others out.
Red: Care about someone before turning.
Blue: Was kidnapped, abandoned, trapped.
Green (spoiler alert): Independent.
Purple/Pink/Magenta: Disabled.
Black: Blind/Dead.
Yellow: Of course, helped out the community.
My theory for Orange eyes: They have made a Deal with TIO. As seen is Tios character, he has orange eyes. so maybe the orange eyes mean Too has passed on a bit of his power to another entity.
Theory: The pink/purple pupil means you think of other people first, are free spirit, and bump into conclusions easily, so this explains grandmother because she cares about people first, then she cares about her and she was thinking about someone and got easily distracted and got infected, as for mousy, (because mimi is not infected and we don't know a lot of mimi's backstory) she doesn't really think about herself that's why she broke her legs and it's hard for her to walk and got infected easily. The red pupil probably means that you are responsible and care about yourself and run into things a lot, that explains beary becuase he got attacked and he didn't know for example: If beary was going down the stairs and he saw an infected he wouldn't really care, and think they have contacts are something, but then when it started attacking beary he knew that this wasn't a normal person and tried to run, but he got attacked way to soon and couldn't do anything, we don't know a lot about daisy or who she is what her backstory is, but i think she is just a responsible person and got infected by gettting attacked like beary, you get the idea, pretty much characters in piggy that has red pupils are responsible, but since beary didn't know a lot of this infection piggy thing, he thought differently, plus zizzy knew about it and is not as clumsy as beary.
