I've got a lot to say about this, but it's TH-cam so I'll be as brief as possible. First of all Monk and Django are my two all time favorites. Whenever I'd see a knock off video of a Monk or Django piece I'd give it a hard pass. For some reason not this one. What a find. She more than did justice to this Monk classic and the rest of the quartet was on point too. It's been over 50 years since I met a woman who was into jazz as much as me. I'm not a musician just a fan. Anyway, thanks to TH-cam I finally met another one. The last one was a musician too.
