Sasuke always liked Sakura. The same way he thought Naruto was annoying and nuisance, but he still liked him. He felt that way about Sakura. So, I doubt that Sasuke wouldn't be with Sakura even with that knowledge he married her in the future. He only pushed her and Naruto away because he felt their love for him made him weak.
