In order to deal with negative feelings I use to do breathing exercise (anulom bilom - pranayama) which help me to release the all negative feelings and all positive feelings instantly start to pouring my body... I instantly feel relaxed ...

I have heard of this woman and book for 20 years but never knew who she was. I just imagined a black woman, an Oprah-person, I have no idea why. I was just surprised about my own picture not being at all the reality. Which also goes to show how we believe our own thoughts and make reality out of them... 💗
this really works, everytime ive paid out ive got back i now own my own home something i thought could never happen, my creativity is strong, and abundance not lack rules. what to lose, just your misery and negative thinking.x the more energy you put into how bad things are the worse it gets, look for the good.

How to stop 🛑 being negative, while I am just putting earphones 🎧 and listening to this video and my aunt continuously staring at me ( actually with evil energy) And making me nervous , guilty without any reason , my body is getting cold with shivers of fear. Tell me what can I do in that situation?
I learned that during depressive states, our brain, which regardless of age, are capable or neurogenesis, die off. Cellular regeneration of brain cells takes more time in comparison to let’s say skin cells, so until our brain cells have reproduce to the amount they originally were minimally, depression is a state of actual physical healing. There’s been some research done on this subject through a Harvard professor who is researching how to reverse aging so we can live longer and in good health. So, techniques you have presented may expedite that process. He did not say anything regarding these methods because he’s studying medications and physical techniques.I’m uncertain of his stance but I’m certainly open because it isn’t going to hurt you to do these. I use them. I’m changing s for the better. Good things are flowing my way. We definitely know medications and supplements can be helpful too but they can also cause harm..plus these techniques are FREE! Maybe somewhere, they need to marry one another.
Your problem is you know too much and are being too reasonable, stop looking at research, they only tell the old story. Instead create your own story and don’t retell the past except to bring the good with you.
Ok, so...i have a very important question here. How is the brain seperate from consciousness? In science they state that it's part of the brain? So how is it two seperate things then? Please help because, i'm trying to understand all of this to do law of attraction in my life.

I learned that during depressive states, our brain, which regardless of age, are capable or neurogenesis, die off. Cellular regeneration of brain cells takes more time in comparison to let’s say skin cells, so until our brain cells have reproduce to the amount they originally were minimally, depression is a state of actual physical healing. There’s been some research done on this subject through a Harvard professor who is researching how to reverse aging so we can live longer and in good health. So, techniques you have presented may expedite that process. He did not say anything regarding these methods because he’s studying medications and physical techniques.I’m uncertain of his stance but I’m certainly open because it isn’t going to hurt you to do these. I use them. I’m changing s for the better. Good things are flowing my way. We definitely know medications and supplements can be helpful too but they can also cause harm..plus these techniques are FREE! Maybe somewhere, they need to marry one another.
Your problem is you know too much and are being too reasonable, stop looking at research, they only tell the old story. Instead create your own story and don’t retell the past except to bring the good with you.
