I just started growing my linkedin account and I'm so grateful to you for creating this. I'm a virtual assistant and my niche is really competitive. I think the only thing that makes me stand out is my personality. I always try to make sure that i remember that everyone intend to reach out to is human and they have feelings and get emotional too. Thank you ❤
People do not need to learn to sell but to be human first. I wish this was a common practice. Chris, great job,
Human first, every time 🙌
I am still struggling with doing posts. One post costs me a lot of days, cuz I take it seriously. I always remind myself that I am an introvert.
But after gaining this energy from you, Chris and Nicole, I started feeling that I need to write everything I have right now, and share my positive, and works through LinkedIn. Thanks
Hey Kristina, dankeschoen! This is something I hear a lot. In my corporate days, I had amazing agencies looking after our social channels. And then I had to do it for myself, my mind went blank. (until I did a social media apprenticeship) ...PLUS I asked myself - would my mum be happy to read this? And if yes, it's probably ok to post. BWT. my mum is not on social media but this just helped me feel a little braver. You got this!
Q, have you tried editing your post drafts with ChatGPT?
Write. Get in the flow. It takes time.
I love Nicole's energy. She's like a magnet that draws everyone in.
Thank you Beth! That made my WEEK!
You deserve it.🥰@@NicoleOsborneWunderstars
For real! Especially during that opening sales role play - so engaging and warm! Hooked me in! 🎉 getting that ideas list! ❤
Such a lovely energy in this interview...and also packed with value! We want to see more of Nicole! 🤩
Hey Rohan & team, thank you!
More to come!
Thanks chris and nicole, i just realized there are many ways to engage people and not just one. I can stay true to myself and still make it work. thanks
Powerful reflection, be YOU 👍
Wunderbar! Very enlightening. Nicole, you're so energetic! Chris, I've always enjoy your show! Thanks guys!!
Thanks so much!
Linkedin might be one of the most underrated socials :)
I think it is. Did those 'LinkedIn struggles we mentioned' resonate with you? 🤩
for sure.
I only get a ton of SPAM and bots in my inbox each time I go there lol
Great topic to cover and insightful conversation!
Thanks Steve, I can't wait for you to try some of the posts.
Lovely! Thanks alot Chris for Introducing us to such a bubbly Marketer. Awesome Invaluable reminder. I already knew most stuff but it is nice to add new connections. I will definitely get in touch with Nicole on Li as I found her very relatable. I'm also focussed in serving Millionaire Content Creators in terms of connecting with them as a human and having achieved great success in Fitness, Communication and Kids DIY CCC domain, I'd love to Coach domain growth freaks in upskilling them in their 7 Golden Elements.
Dankeschoen. Can’t wait to connect on LinkedIn 👍
I caught myself grinning while watching nicole present, her smile is so Infectious
Hey Adam, when Chris asked me to sell sunglasses to his 15 year old self, I knew I'd really enjoy being interviewed by him. It's been a huge highlight for me this summer.
So glad you got invited to Atomicon. Was so much fun hanging out with you for 3 days.
we need to do that again Matt.
Amazing. Thank you very much.
Here is my Linkedin Strategy:
1. Have a clear profile photo and an banner for services you offer.
2. Connect with only people relevant to you. Like coders and developers are not related to me but designers , Animators and business owners are my circle to connect.
3. Post content and simce you already have right audience for the right post they interacting chances increases.
4. Show behind the scene, share other clients sampels, theri growth, etc
5. Get endorsement, recommendation from clients and known persons.
That's a solid strategy let us know how it turns out.
Brilliant strategy. I especially like that you share behind the scenes content and connect strategically.
Amazing! thank you for sharing this
Dankeschoen! Which post type was your favourite?
Thanks Chris !
Newcastle is home 0:55
Thanks for sharing
One of my favourite places. I'll be back early October. What's a popular local dish I should try?
@@NicoleOsborneWunderstars I actually don't know. I've been living in Greece for over 35 years, but was born and grew up in Hartlepool, that's close to Newcastle. Thank you for sharing Nicole
Very nice and smart Video. Thanks to Chris and Nicole
Hey so happy to hear you enjoyed it.
Nicole is amazing I’m a big fan of her stuff! She was on my podcast many years ago and I loved our time together
She's pretty great!
Hey Ash, dankeschoen. Yes I remember our chat - it was awesome. Brilliant to see how you're leaning into your niche.
"Marketing is a contest for people's attention." ~ Seth Godin
It’s a brilliant quote, isn’t it? 🤩
@@NicoleOsborneWunderstars yes I started using it in my pitch. Lol I'm not sure it helps but it's eloquent and makes my point.
I really love every bit of the conversation. I am connecting with both y'all. Keep it up ❤❤❤
It was a good one!
It's fascinating, and I haven't finished the video yet. I see lots of posts about themselves on Linkedin, such as 'this was me at..., 10 years ago, and look at me now' , or here's me working from a beach. Does this come under 'entertain'? (entertain, convert, expertise)
I would consider “entertain” people like stories to derive hope
I knew within the first minute of this conversation this would be amazing. Thank you for another beautiful dialogue!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hey thanks so much.
Sell how you buy !!! THAT IS AMAZING
That's it! The hard part is not letting our "lizard brain" takeover and sell how we don't like when the opportunity comes up.
Hey Rachel, I really liked that line too.
Thank you!
Sean can't wait to see your LinkedIn posts, thanks.
Great communicator, thanks for shedding light on the Linkdin situation.
Any time!
Dankeschoen. You can see how much fun both Chris and I had chatting about LinkedIn.
as a content creator AND content manager for multiple channels, i feel it is often challenging to be associated with multiple organizations. what is your advice?
Well done for working with multible organisations across multible channels You must be brilliant at 'walking' in their target audience's shoes. When I switch between differnt clients (as coach that's my bread and butter 🥳) I like to think of ONE of their typical audience members when I come up with content ideas. We sometimes even give them fictional names. Having clear customer personas helps for this. Good luck! You got this.
thank you so much!!!@@NicoleOsborneWunderstars
@@theaspiringcmo happy to hear this is helpful.
You can’t fake being exceptional. At least not for long. You look at some people’s profile and your first instinct is they’re a fake or they’re overselling themselves.
dang her intro copy is so good xD
Dankeschoen!
Great info. Just those last few minutes turned kinda desperate. Like an awkward speed date scene. Good luck on that meetup I guess? 😢😊
🤣 we did get to say hello in London. Glad to hear you enjoyed the vlog!
Newcastle Rocks. Home to ac/dc Brian Johnson lead vocals
she is so amazing and energetic ❤❤❤love her
We agree :-)
@@thefutur Dankeschoen. I was so excited to chat to Chris and being a guest on this channel (I adore anyway!) I could not help smiling throughout the entire interview.
Hey Shaan thanks so much. I'm delighted to hear that 🤩
you all are welcome 🤗
Very very useful for me. it was the first time I watched a long video on TH-cam. thanks for amazing content about Liknedin
How to blend out
Well said!
Also, I actually disagree with Chris on this one. I think everyone sells how they buy, they just don't realise it. They get objections and they don't know why. The reason is because they BUY the same way they sell. For an example; the first thing they ask is: How much does it cost? Then they wonder why they constantly get price objections from their ideal clients.
This felt like a hour long advertisement for linkedin
@thefuture it's amazing thanks a lot for this podcast
Happy to hear you enjoyed this episode.
Nicole has such a vibrant personality and I took a lot from listening to this episode!
LinkdIn is garbage, there is no quality leads there
first comment ❤
You are AMAZING! 👏🏻.. WOW!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ what was your local time when you watched this?
That's no place for a creative person
A place that offers jobs to creatives isn't a place for creatives but a platform that has term that says they own your work, is a place for creatives??? 👎🏾
Someone explain brief summary pls
