How do they process sugarcane for white sugar vs brown sugar
But harmful chemicals are used while processing white sugar...
Is there a difference between sugar and nattu sarkarai in terms of it's acidic and alkaline properties ? In my understanding white sugar is a acidic food whereas nattu sarkarai and palm sugar are alkaline in nature and therefore do not cause inflammation.
