While doing closed traverse, the start point and finish point should coincide. But due to personal errors, instrumental errors or natural errors, they might not coincide. The distance by which the traverse fails to close is known as the closing error. This closing error has to be adjusted (which is shown in this video), otherwise the errors will keep on accumulating and lead to inaccurate result.

Simply superb sir , Cleared my basic doubts..in minutes
Thank you
Didn't saw such graphical video impressed thank you for having you
Thank you
But sir, the distance between the points changes from original distance. What about that
Does this method applicable for the closing error in plane table traversing?
Yes it is applicable in plane table too
fantastic explanetion
Sir can I take new b point inside instead of outside ?
Same thing I wanna know too
Such an amazing video
Sir can you please upload a video showing how to draw traverse with protector .?
Can we use this method to correct traversing by plane table?
Yes you can.. But normally it is adopted for theodolite or compass traversing.
Cool man I really understand clearly 😃
Sir what is the real life use of this ? Why I need to learn it?

The video helped me a.lot.. Thanks
Your welcome!
sir I have a one question please 🙏 solve
please go ahead
Very helpful video🙏
Glad to hear that
Briliant!!Thanks
Glad you liked it!
Very good
Thanks!
Thanks sir
You are most welcome.
Can u measure the length of the adjusted traverse?
Yes! After you get the corrected traverse, it has to be measured on the scale, and the correct reading can be found out.
Awesome
Thankyouuu
Thanks a lot sir
Most welcome
Thank you sir
You're welcome!
Sir, From C-D it is 3.6cm.
By mistake you that taken 3.2cm
Ok my mistake. But main intention is for you to understand. I hope the concept is clear to you!
Sir me we don’t take survey coz of beginner but why dis video helps in real life I mean in when making survey
