Cement always need curing minimum 7 days. And it is cement property to soak water. After complete and proper curing let it to be dry. Than need to do this test.

Can I use this latex wit putty? Do I need to keep it liquid for or thick lik paste? Do I need to use sand after applying to apply prima n paint?
I believe this work only with cement to get the chemistry working, just used Dr Fixit 301 on our home roof toof cracks in ratio 1:1.5 with cement, it work great. For walls I believe you need to use good exterior wall primer.
