Monster type festival with Fairy and Fiend was literal hell. The final match against Labrynth is a good demonstration of why. Oh, btw, not only was Labrynth the strongest deck in the festival, the mirror match also takes a ton of times, which tons of chains going upward CL10. You gotta have to experience it to know.

Could use a lightsworn engine but this also works too. I normally would play with chaos ruler and vampire xyz’s monster to extend my combos (might make a vid about my deck list)

I know the restrictions on some of the cards would mean they get in the way of each other, but is there a way to combine Mayakashi and Shiranui into a playable deck?

@@shizukajonouchi2562 There is. Have Hajun, Dakki and Yuki as the main Mayakashi engine and make sure you only use those monsters to summon all your Mayakashi synchro-link monsters on your first turn. Though there are instances where you can get around the negatives of having Hajun and Yuki on your board if you can negate their effects or use them as fodder for cards like Swallow Slash, Samsara or Mayakashi Winter.
To be honest most of the time you're mainly using Mayakashi cards, but with the GY set up it makes it easier for Shiranui to make plays once you have the cards in hand. Shiranui really needs better support, hopefully we'll get more in the future as the Shiranui-Mayakashi storyline doesn't seem finished yet.
