      @MrAndrewFarrow I don't agree with 'bylaws' if they go further than UK general laws. However, they also need to be posted, and the usual is they get posted where they can't be seen or a web address. The problem is they are abused worse than the usual UK laws, for example, airports allow plane spotting and photography but don't like 🤔 "other" photography. How is someone to know?

    • @MrAndrewFarrow
      @MrAndrewFarrow 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ you may not agree with them but they are the law of the land.
      They are made under the Enabling Law of section 63 Airports Act 1986 and other Acts and were confirmed by the Secretary Of State in April 2014 in the latest version.
      As such they are the law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
      It might be nice if they were posted somewhere but there’s SIXTEEN PAGES of closely typed Regulations including the map.
      How big a post would you have???
      10.1 could not be clearer. You need to give your N&A to a Constable OR EMPLOYEE of Heathrow (scary bit that!) upon demand.

    It’s tempting to think that bylaws are just something a local firm or council made up but Heathrow bylaws are made under section 63 Airports Act 1986 and require the Secretary Of State to approve them under Schedule 3 of that Act.
    They ARE the law.
