well covered..however, the outer circle is actually "the circle of concern" and the inner circle is "circle of influence"...and what Mr Covey wanted to emphasize was to focus on "circle of influence" - the things over which we have a control. If we start doing it, our circle of influence would keep on expanding. :)

After continuosly failing since 2 years to crack CAT exam I was just loosing my mind every single day passed, as I put lots of effort, time and my savings for preparation and also tried many things but ending up being unemployed for 2+ years after graduation. The most vital is ' sharpen the saw' as I can remember my father usually told us that Punjab mail is taking coal and water' what is means preparation which so many people can not see the progress, but what it runs in speed that of course noticeable.
