Great video, it helped me a lot. I do have a pointer though. When you're needing to remove the wheel, I'd recommend leaving the brake caliper on the disc. Then, use a cable tie to fasten the brake lever closed. That way, you can loosen the wheel axel without having to put your weight into it, just focusing all energy on loosening the nut.
