Went god mode last 3 frames... Just unreal especially when you consider he wasnt at his best the whole tournament. In the last frame, after he alrealy won, he potted some ridiculous balls... I can only imagine what he does in those exibitions when the pressure is off. Rarely if ever we see people with this level of gift in any sphere of life. Well done son, the youngest and the oldest UK champion ever. Unreal.
Ronnie was UNPLAYABLE those last 3 frames, went in GOD mode. He's been average at best during the whole tournament but when it matters most he delivers.

Man’s unreal, pure pleasure to watch. It’s like how long can he keep going, for a good few more years I hope
Its like he even knows that is game is going to show up when he needs it and most of the time he plays well enough to win and when the challenge is a hard one his best game comes out like he doesn't want to waste it in the early rounds.
When he has been awesome in early rounds he can drop off like he got bored or peaked to early.
Deffo the best there has ever been and I cant see anyone surpassing him because his longevity is not normal.

All of the greats, from Reardon, Spencer, Steve Davies to Hendry.....all true greats.......but all finished LONG before the age Ronnie is still smashing the new kids on the block. Not just a superlative snooker player, but a true, genuine sports icon.

He WAS but he was playing in a much smaller field of fixed players and he never had anything like the success of O' Sullivan. @@miticojaja

Wow Ronnie what a man I got into snooker when I was in hmp forest bank I use to play pool on regime which is obviously different, but when locked behind my door when it was time for everyone to bang up that’s how me and my friend got into snooker watching the championship 2022 in our cell Luca brecell was amazing in that tournament I didn’t even no who the guy was ! I only knew off Ronnie not many others

da come stava giocando non pensavo che avrebbe vinto il torneo, ma già ieri in semifinale si è visto che qualcosa incominciava a scattare e oggi è entrato in god mode, che è ciò che serviva per battere un Ding in formissima.

It's such a treat to watch Ronnie when he's at his best, like in those last 3 frames. He always keeps amazing me, even that I know he's capable of playing like that. It looks so simple, which of course isn't. One of my favourite sports personalities ever.
