Hi Sir, I have one question . While we created the catlog items and attaching the workflow. Even after confirming the approval, I dint saw sctask created in my instance. why is it ? if it is not created then can we go ahead select New to create one
Hi Mate, There can be multiple reasons - The wrong activity has been added. - Instead of a catalogue task, you added a Task as an activity. - Trigger conditions may be wrong. Need to see the workflow once, to give you a more accurate answer.
