"Take all my blood sweat and tears and give it to the goddess." That feels like the perfect summary of how every incarnation of Link's life goes. Just endless pain in the name of the goddess. XD
16:05 Fi: "Master bread, I have two news: one good and one bad" Breab: "Bad first." Fi: "It doesn't work." Breab: "...and the good one?" Fi: "We finished it." You can't really trust those floating knock-off latex female Megaminds with anything and you have to do everything all by yourself, especially if it comes to saving clingy princesses, murdering bats or casually ruining someone's house. Chapeau bas for story continuity and finally yeeting the pots, I knew there was a secret combination of keys you had to press and vowels filled with struggle you had to make to destroy precious belongings of that I-am-Groose's-footrest guy. 10/10 vid, would press DOWN to push Groose off of a cliff to stop hearing voices.
Motion controls are definitely the best choice in this game. Just use short, quick flicks, and they will be quite reliable. Unfortunately you have to frequently press Y to recalibrate, but once I got used to it, it didn't bother me at all.
Now that I've played more of it, I totally agree that motion controls are pretty much the way to go; calibrating occasionally is doable if it means being able to control things properly haha
I'm late but I think it really depends on what you get used to first, my first playthrough was on switch lite so I didn't really have a choice. I find button controls easier but motion controls are more fun, if a little inconsistent at times.
Shoebill Storks (what the Loftwings are based on) are real prehistoric looking birbs and are literally dinosaurs and I am literally obsessed with them, please look them up ❤ they bow to you and make machine-gun sounds with their bills and eat baby monkeys and shit. So epic.
YES!! One of the things I love about Loftwings is how they're based on Shoebills, they're such cool and funky birds (I didn't know they ate monkeys though, so I suppose the monkeys have a different opinion about them dgfhdg). I think bird lovers really hit the jackpot in Skyward 🙌
@@Gaming_Gato i can't get anyone as excited as I am about them omg!! Whenever I try to show someone about them and how a Zelda game drew inspiration from them they just kinda shrug me off. So happy to know you love them beautiful birbs too. They're super rare and endangered 😱😱 and I'd die to see one IRL. So ethereal. 💙💙 Ethereal ancient cheese looool although thwir colors are more like Zelda's Loftwing. Maybe she needs a name too. 😊
@@aaandSCENE Ethereal ancient cheese.... I'd buy that in the grocery store if I spotted it xD For sure!! I get that not everyone likes them, but I'm part of the "I've been bewitched by birds" club haha 🤝

Bread: “Do you love me, Zelda?”
*gets pushed off the statue*
Loftwings are easily among my favorite things about this game. Tears of the Kingdom makes me miss them so much. X'D

Miss Zelda please don't jump onto birds even if they can support a full human's body weight

Fi's name rhymes with "my", not "me"
just FYI
