The dollar is literally being destroyed / debased / devalued. The best performing asset in the history of the world is BITCOIN. BITCOIN is by far the best store of value. 10 years from now you’ll be thankful for every dollar you put into BITCOIN.

Regretting missing out on earlier Bitcoin investments, I kept funds in a HYSA. Now, with $200k to invest, I aim to avoid FOMO and buying at the peak. What's the best approach for a newbie to navigate the market?

Consider DCAing instead of a lump sum purchase. Consult a crypto expert for informed decisions. Time in the market is crucial. Following this, my pòrtfolio grew to 700k.

There actually is a concept of NFT Renting, similar to the timeshare concept.
"Conceptually, NFT renting is as simple as its name suggests. Individuals who do not own a particular NFT, but would either like to use it or experience it for a limited time, may go out to a relevant platform that supports NFT rentals, and rent it. In practice, the execution can operate in at least two different ways"

Well at least he is honest about his stance on the internet. Anyone with the ability of critical thinking can go ahead and adapt that to his stance on Bitcoin. Most won't - and thats fine. And they will probably be okay with what he teaches. Either way though - he couldnt be more wrong about Bitcoin.
Crypto - NFTs and most things in between I can get behind his stance. But on Bitcoin Dave ist going to experience another Internet moment.
