When I arrived in Nepal I noticed that except the Nepali food, here people were not so much tempted by trying foreign food. And I can understand cause the Nepali food is simply awesome !
Daalbhat, momo, Newari, sekuwa and so and so ! There is everything to be happy and fulfill !
Khusi hunu ko lagi sabai kura xa.
But year after year I felt that something was changing. Some people tried to bring new items and we have seen appearing new restaurants in Kathmandu.

The korean, chinese and Japanese food, they really make it so amazing in Nepal. They make the authentic taste. Here in UK, they create according to British palate, so I had to fly to Nepal and ate Chinese food 😅

To be honest, for Nepalese for lunch, we always have Dal Vat and Tarkari chussa masu obviously😊, off course we can try foreign food like after lunch around 3 to 4 o'clock and Same thing in evening Dal vat Tawa roti Tarkari and masu as well. But we appreciate to all food and cultures. ❤
