I think I figured out why Honesty was excluded. I think the Honesty Element belongs to the one telling the Story (the one singing the song). It takes an honest person to tell a deep story like this.
"Six became a team of five." So... Honesty died just before the song's beginning, which is why Celestia is weeping. She's also mourning about someone- a female- leaving. Her sister is already listed, so Honesty must have been a girl before she died. Wonder who she was...

Yeah, he hasn't done a lot of guitar playing in the past, but nearly every song on Mirrors has acoustic or electric guitar segments. He really took his music into a entirely new direction with this album. And I think it sounds fantastic! :D
