Leveling Pots Placed in Garden Beds the "RIGHT" Way! 😆🪴😆 PLUS My New Air Deko AC Unit Cover!

  • Welcome gardeners! Today we are going over how to level pots that are sitting on the uneven soil the RIGHT way! I’ve always just placed them on the ground and shoved some mulch under one side to level them. Jason and I are trying a more permanent approach by using paver base and pavers! It looks so much better! 🦚 Enjoy!

Hi Janey, I appreciate this video for sure as I wasnt aware of all the steps involved to level pots sitting on top of dirt. Big thanks to Jason!!! I dont want to sound like the spacing police BUT, once your Iceburg roses start to leaf out, bloom and grow only one of your girls will be able to sit in the middle of your new bench.😄

Ya know I was just thinking about the bench in the corner, it would look really nice with Linda Vaters brick, flagstone & gravel she does for her sitting areas. Just my 2 cents. You two make my day. I believe that in every relationship there is one whom is a perfectionist and one whom just does. The one whom just does is me and yes my husband is the perfectionist. I also believe that you both balance each other out. For me I am the one whom shows my husband how to not get so stressed and just live life. The AC cover looks nice. I feel that if you put a pot onto the top it may drip water if it overflows. That may not be good for the unit. Not sure though. Enjoy the new look for your pots and have a wonderful day.

Hi guys! Don't you need pot feet to keep those pots up off the pavers, so they don't hold water??? That's what my person at the garden center said. I inadvertently drowned my false cypress, I'm so sad about that...it was such a cute little tree...

I'm pretty sure the concrete pavers absorb any extra runoff. Mine do. But pot feet do look nice. My problem is that ants like to set up house under any pots not raised up or not in a saucer.
