Butterfly for the win. Awesome video brother and your doing great with your technique. With my full butterfly technique, I have a straight elbow but shoot thumb down with a bent wrist. I tried cupping the ammo like you do but it just didn't feel good and my aim was off. I know I could get like 2 more inches of draw by cupping the ammo but for me it's not worth the real tiny bit of power gain for my loss in accuracy so I shoot thumb down with my wrist bent up. Pluss with the technique I use, means I can shot at any power level, I don't have to shoot full draw. I can shoot at any draw length without readjusting. Awesome brother 👏 this is gonna open you up for some great long distance shooting. 👊
Awesome! Thank you brother I could use any advice I can get on this new technique as I’m still learning. I will definitely be trying it on long distance shots. I appreciate the information. I’ve seen your long distance shots videos, those are goals for me right there. Great stuff!
@@k.o.skeeponshooting235 you got this brother. Just a heads up too. You don't need those thicker bands when shooting butterfly. I use .5 the most but you can go as low as .45 when your shooting butterfly. A taper with about 6mm difference from the top to the bottom . When you have longer bands the .5 can contract extremely fast and pull 3/8 steel super efficiently. It still blows my mind sometimes, just how efficient they are with some length. That will help with the shaking. You will always have a lil shaking due to no anchor point. Keep it up brother 👊 🇺🇸 💪
Felicidades mijo un excelente video como todos, un fuerte abraso para ti y tu esposa y un beso a tus niñas y si ves o hablas con tu papa mi primo Homer salúdalo de mi parte QDLB
Interesting test. Try, Alvaro Garcia's videos for butterfly I use the same grip but other hands. BE CAREFUL bored one day I decided to try copy Bill Hays grip and have an X-Ray of an exploded thumb to prove the mistake. Very light bands and clay ammo would be sensible to start with.
Thank you 🙏 and thanks for the suggestion I’ll be checking out his channel. Wow! Exploded thumb ouch! I’ve never tried clay ammo before I’ll be definitely giving it a try. Thanks for stopping by 🙂🙏👊
@@k.o.skeeponshooting235 Yep, I had been shooting butterfly for well over a year but curiosity got the better of me. 0.65mm BSB 20-12 nice for targets and also been using the fluffy side out on pouches for grip. The speed and power are definitely addictive.
Oh yeah, can’t go wrong with it brother, I have moved to smaller frames 85mm to 90mm in fork width. But the XT is one of my top favorites can’t go wrong with it. 👊🙂
Hey brother thanks for stopping by. Full butterfly can be used for both. I have friends who only shoot butterfly since they are more accurate that way. I’m the opposite I prefer a short draw with a fixed anchor, but this shooting style has a lot more power. It’s really comes down to the shooters personal preference. Shirt draw is just as effective for hunting with the right setup. Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate it 👊🏻💥
Wow!😮 the 3rd marble when to the first shot it look cool.👏 kaboom!🍀👍👍🙏✌

Thank you my friend, I appreciate it. 👊🏻💥🙂
I was guessing that only one lead was gonna go all the way through. I'm surprised that the marbles stuck. Great video.
Yes, same here, surprising results, appreciate the comment Eric, 🙂👊🙏
Damn that went threw the pumpkin, I made a catch box stop today I thought wouldnt go threw but it did
It definitely packs a punch, I’ve made a few catchboxes that the ammo has gone straight through lol. Appreciate you stopping by 🙂👊🙏

@@ChuckinSteel thank you brother I have some sniper sling .5 black rioter latex I’ll give that a try, full butterfly again thank you 🙏🏻
@@k.o.skeeponshooting235 snipersling black is the fastest bands I've found yet. They are a lil tougher to pull back than the yellow.
Nice testing
Thank you, you have some great videos yourself very informative, still have a few to catch up on. Appreciate the comment 🙂👊
My kind of ammo choice.... Glass marbles, steel ball, lead ball . I used to try out soya bean seeds & sagu ball too😊
Hmmm 🤔 soya beans and sagu ball now that sounds like something Interesting to try. Thank you Bey, I appreciate it 🙂👊🙏
