I love the fact that her next two lines featured kittens and dogs! 😂 Never say never! Seriously LOVE all her fabrics though! It's so unique and GORGEOUS!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Tula, I can't tell you how much I love and adore your fabrics. But what I like even more is how your mind works. Your going to be a big success, please don't ever give up. I would like to mention I m going to be a retired nurse in Olathe Kansas, if ever your looking for a person to work for you I so would like to be that person. I m so passionate about sewing and quilts. Have sewed all my life. Best wishes
Hi Tula!! I absolutely love your Travel duffel Bag that you made using the ByAnnie pattern. Could someone please confirm which of her patterns was used to ensure that I buy the right one? Thank you!
Hello and thank you for responding. As I mentioned in my question, the bag that I was referring to is the ByAnnie duffel bag that Tula showed with the Slow and Steady fabric in strawberry kiwi fabric, not the Sew Sweetness duffel bag in blue raspberry. I'm going to try and contact someone directly through the Tula Pink web-site.
I would really love to make the Travel Duffel from the Slow and Steady collection. Can someone please tell me what Tula used to make the handles, it does not look like her fabric? Is there a ribbon collection that goes with this line? Also, if someone happens to know which Aurifil thread that I should purchase to go with the Blue-Raspberry line, that would be wonderful! Thanks!!
April Buckland I'm sorry don't have a clue about the handles but the Thread, check with Aurifil or Fat Quarters and see if they have any left. This is last years line(2016). I hope this helps a little.
Thank you, Cheryl! I asked two fabric stores about the Aurifil thread, however I was not certain that they were suggesting the proper colors (I was told to use Dusty Lavender with Tortoise Shell in B-R??!), so I spent some time ''googling'' it and found Tula's Ultimate Thread Collection. I believe that the Medium Mint (for quilting the bag) and Magenta (for the straps and binding) will work for what I need. Also, I have decided to use the Tortoise Shell for my straps and binding, so no fussing with trying to find ribbon to match and it will be more secure.
April Buckland that sounds like that would work. I'm glad you looked up Tula's Ultimate thread because I don't know what B-R Threads are. Good Luck it sounds like your on the right track. Happy Quilting!
Jacquie Sherlock. I love your videos. I have 5 machines of versions until I became disabled and had to quit but I'm dying to get back into it. I have a Elna Xvquisite that I never even turned on. I don't even know how. Are there lesson videos for it and a Viking I have. I have made some king size quilts having to piece and roll to fit my regular Bernina. I'm better now, even made prom dresses. I am really am dying to get back to work so pls let me know any info or cruise classes. Pls me on you mailing list. Thanks a lot. Love your things.
