pagka-saute po nung beef para kumulay/mag-sear, kakailanganin po muna sya palambutin.. dapat alalay sa tubig para pag tiyempong malambot na sya, dapat ubos/reduced na din ung tubig na parang sinaute lang tlaga sya.. then set aside and proceed with the rest of the steps.. 😉😊
