Where is the gym
There is a space for the gym, that can be setup by the owner.
How can this house be called fully detached when there's no privacy to the property. Just look at the fence. Now, if you are able to separate a building with a dwarf fence, it is now called fully detached. Crazy
The standard of the fence inside the estate is a low fence like that. It’s an highly secured estate
In most secured estate in the Lekki, ikota, Chevron area, that's how the fences are cause the estate itself is secured.
I love it
Agreed, the estate is secured but what about your privacy in your compound? You can be doing your own stuff in your house and the next door neighboursees everything. Even in these estates, people go around stealing other peoples items in their compound because of dwarf fences. See estates in Kenya and South Africa and you will know that Nigerian developers are way behind, they need to catch up.
@@supalaj85 Only in Nigeria you'll see old areas/groups of streets or communities start being called "estates". Even in the U.S., such is not called estates. Estates are uncommon here. However, the community in this video is nice.
