How to Reach Gokarna from Goa - Goa to Gokarna Distance & Full Information - Bus Travel - KSRTC

- In the previous video, we had reached #Goa from Delhi by Goa Rajdhani Express.
In this video, we are travelling from Goa to Gokarna the cheapest way by bus. Goa to Gokarna distance is approx 140 Kms.
To reach Gokarna. First, we have to reach Kadamba bus stand goa from Margao Goa &taxi fare from Margao Railway Station is Rs 200 for 5 kms. You won't face taxi driver drama if you are boarding a cab from Railway station or Airport in Goa as its prepaid.
We took a bus from Kadamba to Karwar. Goa bus ticket price is quite cheap as it is Rs 78 per person. Goa to Karwar distance by road is 76km. Karwar is famous for its Karwar beach.
Karwar bus stand comes under Karnataka State Road Transportation Corporation ( KSRTC ).
In Karnataka, you can also book bus tickets from KSTRC online booking app. Kannada is the language of Karnataka state.
We again boarded a bus from Karwar to Ankola which is 36kms and again boarded a bus from Ankola bus stand to Gokarna which is 26 kms.

How is the frequency for Goa to Karwar and thereafter to Ankola and Gokarna?
I am reaching Goa airport in morning at 7, what will be the best option ?
There is a special train these days at 10 A.M. but this is operating till 1st October otherwise it would be best option, if it gets extended.

Hi@@archakhandelwal960, I had booked a cab from Goibibo, they cancelled last minute so I opted for bus travel.
Frequent buses are available from Madgao to Karwar, then Karwar to Ankola, you can get seats in these.
Ankola to Gokarna has less frequency and it remains very crowded.
It is just you have to change 3 buses, that is the only pain otherwise it is much cheaper than cab. 156 rs per person only from Madgao to Gokarna.
Train is also a good option if your travel date and time matches with the train schedule. Auto charges 400 Rs. from Gokarna Road railway station to Gokarna.
I returned via train, that was peaceful and cheap.

Yes. It's easy but you may have to change multiple buses. Train is a better option and easy.

There are few trains from Goa to Gokarna. I have just checked. Sharing one of the trains. Train No - 06601 (1:50 PM) Madgaon to Gokarna (3:40 PM). There are few more, you can check it on make my trip or other sites as per your suitable timings. Please book in advance. Enjoy!
