tumhari saari documents UP wali hi kaam aayegi bs tumhe Home State wala quota ka faida Rajasthan ka milega UP ka kisi college me tumhe Home State student consider nahi kiya jaayega

Say, in JOSAA Round-2 I got NIT Rourkela EE and paid the seat acceptance fees accordingly. Now, say in Round-3, I am getting NIT Trichy ME (as it is in higher position in my choice list). But I don't want that now. In that scenario, do I get any option to retain Rourkela EE, or am I bound to take Trichy ME? If so, is there any option in JOSAA portal? Please inform.
Thank You for you advice sir :) Regarding your query if you get NIT RKL EE in 2nd Round and in 3rd Round Trichy ME since it was placed at higher order then there is no option left for you to again go back to EE since it was already placed below ME in choice filling. So we should always fill choice very carefully however there might be a slight possibility in CSAB if any seat remain vacants then you can have to option for fresh choice filling in which you can get NIT RKL EE again but it totally depend upon the seat vacancy so its a bit risky.
