I just love the way the kitchen is designed! Also, such beautiful tile floors. Also, i would use the adjoining room as a morningroom , where you could sit and relax and read and have a coffee and snack, and enjoy the beauty of the outside. Nice woodwork. Beautiful brickwork ,too. I just love the brick houses, we ith so many variations in the colors. Thus was a comfortable home.😢
I’m sure this started out as a beautiful home but did end up having a strange vibe. Neat fireplace in basement along with some interesting floors. Strange set up at top of stairs with the bathroom that wasn’t walled off?! Maybe they had large parties that they needed the extra cooking space for. What a huge property but that pond was certainly creepy. I noticed maybe a pipe that dumped into it I don’t even want to think of that dumping raw sewage into the “pond”. What a shame the house ended up junky and sinister. Thanks Ethan for sharing this somewhat strange place. Please take care be well and stay safe. And be careful of those ticks.

There was a real estate lock box on the front porch railing and what looked like some kind of real estate paper on the kitchen counter. Maybe they recently started showing it but didn’t want a sign out front. If you leave it with no power there’s no heat or sump pump running to try and preserve the house’s value. Upstairs looked like they were doing some renovations on the bathroom area.
That place definitely has a weird, creepy vibe! Must have been nice when it was new in the 80s and a lot of property is included. But clearly, it's gone downhill since then.

Major creepy vibes from the start in the yard where that pond and shed was. The top floor was super creepy. I wanted to chalk it up to an incomplete renovation, but idk. I saw this house with another explorer. There was a room somewhere in the basement that he had the girl chained up. I don't think Ethan found it or showed it. It was kinda hidden i think. Have to go to the search bar and look for it.
I don't see anything wrong with the pond (other than it hasn't been taken care of). Lots of rural properties have ponds ( I have one). The pond was probably great back in the day and the steps were for people to use to get in when they went swimming. Or the pond could have been stocked with fish (ours was years ago) and they sat on the steps to fish (that's why there was tackle boxes in the shed)
It could easily have been a “natural swimming hole “ pool. There was a pipe going into it. It could have even had some kind of filtration system even. The building was the pool house. It could be great if it was cleaned up.
Who insulates a shed?? That to me was the first creep factor. I love the orchard.
