If I had an account with Truist, I'd take every penny out ASAP!!

Almost every single video about Truist is about fraud, that's really bad. I wouldn't trust them at all.

My parents had their accounts emptied after the Truist merger. Trust was a nightmare to deal with. Stay Away!

I got multiple fruad texts to a fake website say we blocked your truist account due to suspicious activity. Log in to resolve the issue... its a large scam and there needs to be something done about internet phone numbers...
And I wonder why Truist has been pushing a lot of meaningless ads on TH-cam in the past few months . . . .
I just opened a new account at a different bank. Will be done with Trust real soon.
Either their system is easily hacked & thieves know this therefore they keep targeting this bank but the way they're refusing to refund any/few customers, leaves the thought open, that it could be an inside job on the losses...

Normally when Freud takes place, the customers are secured by the Government, but I bet their not due to some type of restrictions from the Government because the banks has given another country access to customers information. I hope they sue the hell out of them for putting them at risk to be violated by these thieves and they didn't tell them about the cheap labor and gave them an option if they wanted to continue to do business with them. They consumer's have a right to know.

Truist is a ripoff. I closed my account after paying l$1200 on my credit card.They lost the money..
I originally opened a account with the now defunct 1st Virginia. BBT. That was 1976.
I was satisfied with BBT until recently.
I now live in Tennessee and bank with a local bank. My money doesn't get lost .
48 years with one bank.
I left trusit because they are either inept or crooks.

Just had $100,879.00 stolen two weeks ago and wow had no idea this was happening with TRUIST up until then. I KNOW EXACLTY HOW THIS LADY FEELS. I have tried EVERYTHING to get things back and keep being told to "be patient" .... it's horrible. I feel just like this lady ... I sent to FBI, FDIC, FTC, the local cops/a detective, and more. I was with BBT before TRUIST took over and they do NOT have any sense of urgency to get things back into our account. This has been a terrible things to have to deal with .
Truist is the New Wells Fargo. Take your money out now. I highly recommend TD Bank for your money.

I once had suntrust/ Truist. I didn't like that bank, so I switched to Chase. Best decision of my life.

I would keep my money in a metal home safe while constantly complaining to families and friends I don't have enough money for bills. When Taking money from the bank a little at a time letting the bank teller think I'm paying high bills in cash!😊

So what do you do if you had SunTrust as your mortgage company then merged with BB&T ?
Going through this with Truist now.. I was with Suntrust for 25 years.. everything changed once the merger happened.. I've lost all trust and security with my banking institution.
So add Tennessee to the Truist Fruad list! :/
