I got the fake one shown in this video and i've had it like a month, it's amazing! Relieves stress and helps with my anxiety, it may be fake but it's really good and hasn't broke yet.
Heres the difference on the one I got (fake)...
Click: No silent click buttons (this I enjoy however, but might not be for everyone).
Glide: Flimsy-feeling (its loose), can be clicked down for a "bump" feeling (no sound, but feels alright).
Flip: Also has a "click" in the middle so its horizontal, and not just left or right. Each their own taste for this one, as you will feel that extra click when you flip it back and forth.
Breathe: Same thing.
Roll: Loud feedback (original seem silent). While I do love it, you have to push them down a bit to get it. Else they are very silent. No click-able ball. Ball also a bit flimsy when rolling around (its not smooth, sort of "stuck" at some parts similar to Spin and you need to force it, annoying).
Spin: Pretty much useless as its "stuck" in some parts in its rotation. You need to force it a lot to make it spin. Also, no feedback.
Basically, if you just want loud clicky-noises, a fake one works just as well.

You can Google "worry stone" and read about it. It's really just another way of fiddling with something to help with anxiety. I personally don't use it on my cube but probably enjoyable for a lot of people.

MY experience with the fake fidget cube: The ball doesn't roll smoothly and is hard to maneuver. On the rotating plate, the bump that you use to turn the plate slips easily, so you might as well just use the friction between your finger and the plastic. On the gears, turning one of them causes the rest of the gears to move as well because they are touching underneath the plastic, but you can still make them turn in different directions as they are not connected by using two fingers. It is hard to fidget with any of the sides without accidentally clicking something on the opposite side with your hand that is holding the cube. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ADHD OR FIDGETING PROBLEMS, DO NOT BUY IT. I ended up putting it away within ten seconds because it wasn't entertaining at all. IF small details in a fidget cube don't bother you and you just need anything to put in your hands, you can buy the fake one for like five bucks, that way you can lose it all you want and purchase another. If you don't think you'll lose it and you think a fidget cube could be beneficial to your disorder long-term, JUST BUY THE REAL ONE.

I suggest getting the real ones, though more money they can be definitely better quality! But if you just want a cheap one you will still get a half decent one nevertheless. Just recommending the real ones

I just bought the fake one (knowing it was a fake one) mainly because the real one is more expensive. As far as the ball clicking, on the fake one, you can click the analog, so all it did really was switch that around. I'm kind of glad I got the fake one because the flat spinning thing on the real one makes noise, the fake one is really smooth.

So the bubble wrap protects the fidget cube case while the cube rattles around inside. No verbal feedback on the two? They both look identical with the exception of the taller joystick on the fake.
I got mine from an online seller who sold me the official fidget g4mer cube (I brought it on Friday and received it this Tuesday) and alot of backers are still waiting for theirs haha. It was stuck onto the base without any cracks in the plastic shell casing. Antsy labs takes forever to ship but I got a Midnight version from their website to support their idea in March as a pre-order no. ~80,000k before I brought one from the online seller. I couldn't wait, sorry Antsy labs. I do not regret my purchase from the a non antsy website source! Brought another g4mer from the US and also the kickstarter edition version too. Glad I did it and now have plenty to share around with friends and family if they ever want one! Wouldn't waste my time with a fake one though, it will probably break after long term use! :D

I just went to Walmart today and got them. They were only $9. I went on the website Ansty Lab and they sold it for $22
I have both the original one from Antsy Lab and the fake one. There are a lot variants of fake fidget cube out there, some of them which are really cheap has shitty mechanism (don't expect much). However, I found a fake one which is surprisingly good and tbh I like it better than the original one. It;s slightly bigger, the mechanism works well, and it has a rubber texture on the surface so better grip. It's one of the expensive fake though, cost me around 10 dollars. I am quite satisfied with the original one but the shipping costs to much for me so I'm looking for an alternative if I want to get another one
The fake cubes and real cubes are basically the same. I have the same fake one as you but a different colour and my friend had a real one like you. We did a little drop test and his broke into little pieces, while mine stayed in shape. The fake one is very well built and durable.

The antsy labs cube (green) is the real one. The one you're talking about was ripped off by Chinese and got out the door first so if that makes it "the original" then you're right, but doesn't change the fact they didn't actually design it and blatantly ripped it off.

I got the same fake one, and its also pink....but mine works like the real one exept that the rolling thing does not make sounds but, the ball does not get stuck or anything, its also clickable like the real one... the spinning thing does not get stuck or anything...the buttons work perfectly the same, they also have clicking sounds, but the 2 of them does not makes sound...then the joystick is just normal

I got one for five bucks in Wisconsin. I know it's fake but it's way cooler. There are indentations on everything. Some including:
A wifi-like symbol on the spinny part
A bunch of lines on the switch
And circles around the button
I had a red and grey knockoff one and it's tiny and very high quality. just as good as the real thing, I handled a real one at Disney land Paris.
