Hi Robin Great video as always despite grim weather on Bla Bheinn. I was on a Corbett bagging mission a bit further north based at Forest Ways with Forth Valley Mountaineering Club. I did Meallan nan Uan and Sgurr a'Mhuilinn on Friday in windy but dry and clear conditions. Canisp on Saturday again very windy but top 150m in cloud unfortunately but dry. On Sunday did Bheinn Damh again clear apart from top 150 metres and dry. Met Iain at Forest Ways on Sunday night who told me all about his compleation well done!! That me on 199 but the remaining 23 are all in far north and west and fairly remote so might take a year or two yet.
Cheers Paul, that's a decent sweep up. You're a bit ahead of me, I'm on 187. All my remaining Corbetts are north west. How was Iain's head after the party? 😂

What a brilliant weekend. I had a good stay at the Morvich site last year. I had to turn back on Beinn Chabhair on Saturday, just too windy fir me and i was droont to the bone by the time i git to the lochan. Well done to yous.
Cheers Jamie, ironically I turned back on Chabhair years ago. We definitely bailed off the summit of Blaven at the right time. I didn't film it but the winds were really bad towards the end of the walk.
I didn't realise it was called a "Triple Crown" - I've been planning to do this for years (only got about 400 hills to go! 😏). Was planning to finish on the same hill too - don't tell anyone!
@@WalkWithWallace Good name - it's certainly caught on with me! If you've done the Donalds does that make it a "Quadruple Crown"? Actually Triple Crown sounds better. Ooft 160 Grahams. They are the ones that are bogging me down, literally.

We can't complain too much about Friday, stayed dry and we got some nice views. An hour earlier we have seen something from the summit of Blaven.
