We call this Expwy simply "Shuto-kō", short for Shuto Kōsoku Dōro; literally "Capital Expressway". But what a cool way to call in English as "Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway"!
The video was playing a little too fast for me but damn what a great view. The roads are in good condition down to tje paint on the roads. Japan must pay close attention to their infrastructutre.
@KalEl600rr I think that it is the safest in advanced nations. The town is always kept peaceful by the supervising system outstanding with the police which often works. Even if a girl takes a walk alone at midnight, neither violence nor theft damage is encountered.
