September 11, 2001 changed the world as we know it. Not only in real life but virtually. This day changed so many video games. From Police Cars in GTA III to the removal of the Twin Towers from certain video games I've always done videos on this day dedicated to how September 11, 2001 changed video games, Twin Towers in GTA 4, etc. This year I'm doing something a bit different and showing you some very heart warming tributes to this day in video games. From Spider-Man 2 (2004) implementing search lights that beam up in the night sky to Tycoon City: New York adding a Memorial Park dedicated to that day, I hope you find this video informative and enjoyable.

3 mossad agents were actually living in the Twin Towers before the false flag attacks happened! They were later caught recording the first plane hitting the building and then cheered and we're excited! Then they realized someone was watching them the whole time who preceded to flee the scene eventually being pulled over on the George Washington Bridge which they found the same 3 guys driving a moving van with mural/picture of a plane hitting the first tower :s they also found traces of demolition explosives in the van but they were all released just like Bin Ladens family being able to book flights out the country when American Citizens couldn't even go look fo there loved ones in the aftermath -_-

In GTA IV, if you drive to south Algonquin, near the area where WTC should have been, there is actually a small statue of a sphere, which looks a bit like the famous "9/11 The Sphere" (Not sure what's actually called). I always thought that was tribute to 9/11, but now I'm not entirely sure.

Awesome dude! I’m Canadian but I remember that day very well... I was in grade 8 and they sent us all home at lunchtime because everyone was just in so much shock and terrified over this that the faculty didn’t think it was right to continue the day.. and I went home and seen my dad watching CNN... I couldn’t believe it😔 was hard to process as a young teenager. Still is now... I just know I’m grateful to not have to have went through that personally... but still pray on this day for those who did... good vid Zak as always brother! Didn’t know about a lot of those!👍👏

Great video 👌 I think GTA IV had a few subtle / small nods to the World Trade Center. If you think of the TBOGT, Yusef is building the “tallest tower in the city” downtown relatively close to where one world trade center would be. It’s also a massive construction site, just like ground zero around that time. Also, very random point, if you look at the skyline they made the Empire State Building’s location substantially closer to where the World Trade Center would have been. Subtle but interesting nods 👌

There's an easter egg on Spidernan for the ps4. I was aimlessly crawling on top of a building and killing time and there was a particular angle where you can somehow see the Twin Towers in perfect view from one of the windows on the skyscrapers ahead. Someone on yt actually pointed that out.

I feel although the full team didn’t intentionally put it in, one of the developers may have put in that tribute in the ps4 Spider-Man game intentionally, it seems way to perfect to be a coincidence and I could imagine such a small error being easy to put in without getting into any major trouble

The Spider-Man 2 searchlights thing is actually done in real life, it’s called the ‘Tribute in Light’ and it’s been done in real life since around March 2002 and has been done every 9/11 evening.
Man, I remember I was at Frippe Island for my birthday a on the 8th of September and was there when 9/11 happened.

that game was made before the towers came down, they actually removed the towers in later releases of the game since the final boss fight was basically a bomb threat on the WTC

If you ever go to the broker fire house in GTA 4 there is a mural on the wall inside the firehouse that has two firefighters pictures symbolizing two members that perished from 9/11.
As a kid in 2004 I played spider man 2 and always saw the twin towers tribute.

remember xactly how i witnessed 9/11 for the first time. in germany it was already early afternoon and a buddy & me were hanging out at my home after school. at some point we came downstairs and my mom was watching the news. buddy & me thought it was a movie and when realizing it wasn‘t i instantly assumed they gonna make one about it 😆 which came true for 06/07? i believe with nicholas cage. never rly watched it tho.
I was a junior in high school on 9/11. 2nd period math class. I will never forget. My heart goes out to all that were lost and their families, and a huge thank you for the rescue crews that saved the surviors.
