Well, then they wouldn't have this scene would they? Ya'll overthink TV too much. We all know she could just go, but they need a reason for the scene and the conversation, and the comedy.
And even if there were specific things she wanted to take, for sentimental reasons, perhaps, it's not like she couldn't just zap them to her new digs any time she wanted.
OK, so in the Season 4 episode ("To Twitch Or Not To Twitch") where it's a repeat of the packing, Darrin asks Sam where she's going. Her reply "Tabitha and I are going home to Mother". I guess in this episode, Darrin would have been responsible for Tabitha if Sam left?
Darrin *evil smirk* I have two more wishes, right? Endora *mock smiles, inwardly pissed her plan failed* Yes, what is it? Darrin - I wish you turned into your true form, a bat! Endora - WHAT??
So he can physically see her leave him even when he can't see her personally. Adds to the anguish, and she probably wanted to see the 'what have I done?!' on his face when he 'figured' out what was going on.
When Samathana said Omg Darrin NOz1 She knew what he was going to say "I wish you could be out of our lives forever". He always told her to bud out and that got him in trouble.

My third wish would have been hair straightener for Sam
I m the only one who think this packing just for make leaving more dramatic she doesn't need all these stuff she could make it out of nothing))
Well, then they wouldn't have this scene would they? Ya'll overthink TV too much. We all know she could just go, but they need a reason for the scene and the conversation, and the comedy.
And i reckon sometimes sam just wants to things the mortal way
@@watcherx2592 Well said.
@@watcherx2592 right!! For That matter Samantha could wipe out world poverty and feed all the starving kids lol
Love this show!!!! I watch it everyday... I also record it!!! It's a great show, from my teenage year's !!!!!! It's perfect.... ❤❤❤🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.......
Original Darrin was great comic actor
Not only Darrin, but she also is walking out on Tabatha as well. I bet she never thought of that.
Not necessarily; Tabitha could've already been with one of her relatives
Was Tabitha even born yet?
I thought so, too
@@winonahdemars8861 Yes. She was a year old.
I thought she took tabatha with her
Darrin *evil smirk* I have two more wishes, right?
Endora *mock smiles, inwardly pissed her plan failed* Yes, what is it?
Darrin - I wish you turned into your true form, a bat!
Endora - WHAT??
What if something really went wrong while he was at work and Darrin in exasperation had uttered "I wish I were dead"?
if you really think about this scene, why would she need to pack anything when she can "zap" anything up she needs?
So he can physically see her leave him even when he can't see her personally. Adds to the anguish, and she probably wanted to see the 'what have I done?!' on his face when he 'figured' out what was going on.
I think Darrin was about to wish that Sam would always wear that flying suit around the house.
When Samathana said Omg Darrin NOz1 She knew what he was going to say "I wish you could be out of our lives forever". He always told her to bud out and that got him in trouble.
Samantha could put a spell on me ANYTIME!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I just realized that scene is refurbished from one in the first season with the suitcases going around him. He said the same thing as well.
My favorite childhood tv show
Dick York, was such a phenomenal actor!
