Pretty Obvious they wanted to make Jake the winner to promote Tom and Jake’s spinoff show. The only reason why they changed it was because a proofreader or editor suggested Riya winning but ending up alone.

I'd argue that Kai's elimination was more unfair than Connor's in season 2 since Yul was the one who cost the team the challenge and Kai rightfully called him out on it. Connor just quit when the double elimination was announced to spare Riya, most likely.
Honestly almost everyone was focused on Jake winning and didn’t give any sympathy for her misfortunes. The only person besides Hunter and Tess (her boyfriend and her best friend) that felt sorry and pity for Ally was FIORE. FIORE OUT OF ALL PEOPLE WAS THE ONLY ONE OUTSIDE OF ALLY’s TRIO. THAT UNDERSTOOD ALLY’S FEELINGS AND WHY SHE WAS PISSED OFF. I applaud Fiore for being only one beside Hunter and Tess to acknowledge Ally’s pain and give her time alone to cool off.

Alec’s s3 Elim was unfair…not the Elim itself, just because Jake and Connor were so stupid to not keep him when they could’ve gotten him on their side, also the challenge Alec is the most intelligent in that f6 he would’ve won that!!
I would say swap Tess and Tom. I mean, sure Aiden was not very nice when Ellie got out, but Tom's a bigger threat and "In your face Ellie" is worse. Aiden stated a fact, being in alliance with people not in your team is not that helpful, especially an alliance with Riya. And yeah, Aiden being eliminated in Tom's place and Tom in Tess' place could have worked. They don't have Ashley and Tom, Riya can't vote Connor. So Aiden. Totally agrees that Riya should have left instead of Grett, really. She didn't win with her horse, couldn't even make him listen. Or they medically evacuate Connor, Grett wins last immunity and bye Riya. Or eliminate Riya instead of Alec. It was the perfect chance. Grett: Ally, Alec, Riya and I vote Jake. Use the idol and eliminate Alec. They vote Riya instead. Then maybe Grett eliminates Jake or Connor as revenge. But I would rather have Alec or Grett in the finales.

Aiden making merge is hardly a big deal compared to it.

Lake's S2 elimination was unfair because suddenly Karol returns and despite being the last standing, Hunter and Ally get immunity. I don't even see why Karol returned. To turn Riya evil? Sure, her accident was Aiden's fault, and he shouldn't have done that, but why make her return? She's mad they voted her out? I would agree with the girls to vote her out with that attitude. Or at least Lake should have gotten immunity along with Karol. She was the last standing. Or she and Aiden communicate and explain themselves. Might as well keep Yul who didn't turn into a villains in one episode. Or make Riya's descend to evil progressive.Or if they were to bring Karol back, she should have done something. Get James out instead of Lake. They needed a villain, make a vengeful Karol the main villain. Or yeah, Riya's dark side being shown earlier. Just like they didn't make Riya sympathetic by showing her regrets for maybe a second, her sudden flip was strange.

Even though Karol returned she was disqualified because Oliver landed on her, something she couldn’t control. Also Connor got an injury equally as bad in All Stars and he didn’t need to be medically evacuated.
