I love seeing this edit again! This song screams Wei Wuxian talking to Lan Wangji that he won't break his heart. That he understands now how Lan Wangji at first was scared to let Wei Wuxian in. But after losing Wei Wuxian, when Lan Wangji got him back, he didn't waste time. There are certain moments like when Wei Wuxian is the Yiling Patriarch that the song shifts to Lan Wangji's persecptive of how Wei Wuxian is pulling farther and farther away from him. The edit ending when they finally were reunited is absolute perfection!❤️🤍😭

I remember this being one that surprised me! It wasn’t at all what I expected in all of the best ways. Again with the contrast of a little bit peppier of a song paired with the realities of MDZS’ story, it really weaves together an impressive work. I love the scene changes, audio, and timing. Per usual, thank you for this awesome work!
