No unfortunately, "it works from steam to standalone only " I can't figure out what the hęll take steam to update longer time , but if you're old time standalone player just keep playing in standalone don't use steam its nightmare,,,,,sorry my language not perfect :]

Its impossible you need to create new accounts on steam app or through POE site ,there's no way to complete your progress in ps4 to PC you need to start over ,ps4 and xbox they have there own platform
