My wife and I lived in Lockeland Springs for nearly fifteen years. We walked out with a gold mine. It’s been five years since we’ve been back. Check out Germantown. If we ever move back, that’s our place. North of downtown. East Nashville’s gentrification has priced normal folks out. So has Germantown, but if you can afford it, yeah.
