Too much glitter was added. there wasn't enough liquid consistency. you should always add two glow sticks and maybe at most a tablespoon of glitter. You should also before adding the glitter add the lid so that you can swish the glow mixture around. This way when you add the glitter you can powder it evenly dispersing your glitter amongst your liquid that is attached to the side of your jar. The added dry of the glitter well help it stick to the sides of your jar not the bottom.
